Holiday rentals with lake access in Venice

Steve was very helpful and responsive. Although his kitchen had adequate cooking facilities, the lodge next door had marvelous food and killer bloody Mary’s too! Highly recommend both Steve as host and the proximity to the cafe.

Ronnie’s house was awesome! We brought our boat over and it was just a quick ride to open water. The kids loved the pool when we went in the boat. House was spotless and very nice! Ronnie was very quick to answer and checked on us every day during the stay. Don’t hesitate on booking. You will be happy you did!

It was like staying at a friend/family’s home. Located on a cul de sac, the place was very peaceful and quiet. Little tricky to unlock the door but you’ll get the hang of it. Upon entry the place looked Pristine with a fairly open concept. Two of the very noticeable and appreciated additives were the plentiful linen and towels as well as all the extra additives in the kitchen (pots , pans , seasoning etc). There were also cute little lotions, soaps etc in the bathroom. Laundry detergent etc were also present. The water pressure in the bathrooms were very good, beds in all the rooms were comfy and adequate televisions. The outside portion of the home was also very clean and the pool (with paid heating), was my kids favorite part of the house. My father in law loved sitting on the dock and casting out into the lagoon. The host was very attentive and responsive. Without a doubt on of the best homes I’ve rented. Would love to return in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Delroy’s house. It was brand new and was extremely clean. It was bright and beautifully decorated. The office space was fantastic. We really liked the neighborhood. It was quiet and walkable. We really enjoyed sitting outside under the covered lanai watching the wildlife in the canal. Delroy was also very responsive. We highly recommend and would love to come back next year.

Can’t say enough about how much we loved this house! It’s clean, comfortable and the porch and outdoor space were amazing. We simply can’t wait to come back!

Susan's home is outstanding both outside and inside! Inside was very clean, spacious and comfortable for our party of 6 adults, 1 teenager and a baby. The kitchen is beautiful, spacious and well stocked for all of our needs. Very comfortable beds, sheets and bathroom towels. Susan has impeccable taste and attention to detail in making her home very inviting for our family gathering. The outside is fabulous. The yard has many colorful flowers and very well maintained flower beds and palm trees in the front, side and backyard. The pool and hot tub are very clean and nice. Susan's backyard is very unique with a large dock, that extends into the river. Our family enjoyed evenings fishing off the dock which Susan has illuminated with many beautiful lights. There are many swinging and other chairs for our enjoyment. Susan promptly responded in person to any request and went out of her way to make our family's vacation memorable and special. Susan's home is a diamond in the rough!

We loved our stay. Such a beautiful place. Loved the laid back feel of Nokomis vs Sarasota. Clean, lovely pool, great communication, spacious suite. We had a magical time!

Great little apartment. Nice location in the complex, not right on the street. Pool is slightly nicer than the photos provided.

This spot was beautiful, the view from all around the living space was amazing. Our hosts greeted us once we got settled and were able to provide us with a lot of different options to spend our mini-vacation. Will definitely be doing our best to return to this amazing piece of paradise.

Raymond was quick to respond, answer questions and didn't hesitate to give me a call to discuss a few things. Unit was nice and clean. Lakewood National is a very nice place to stay and play!

This was one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed! Small space but very reasonably priced. There is no common area (like dining or living room), only a full size bathroom and the bedroom across from it. Coffeemaker was there and mini fridge right next to the bed.. We did not mind at all! Wonderful spot to get away to the woods without being too far from town.

My fiancé, our 1 year old and I stayed here for the weekend and it was absolutely amazing! We will definitely be back. There were kayaks and canoes to take into the river which was fun and free roaming farm animals. I was happy to see the Airbnb was spotless. We felt right at home immediately!

Great location, beautiful sunrise, great fishing! My daughter cast out and within five minutes, caught a bass!!

This was our second year of spending a month at Aileen's place. Again, it was so perfect for my husband and I. We did have guests stay for a couple of nights and the air mattress is REALLY nice! Everything about the space is so wonderful. Clean, cute, everything you would need for a month. It is also close to so many beaches (Fort Desoto Park ( our favorite), St. Pete's beach, and Anna Maria Island beaches. It's close to all that Bradenton, St. Petersburg and Sarasota have to offer. We felt right at home the day we arrived and it was hard to say good-bye. We definitely hope to visit again!

We had two families and we both enjoyed our stay! The house was very accommodating for both our families with kids. We all enjoyed the salt water pool and patio. The information binder provided gave clear instructions for our stay and provided many recommendations for restaurants and activities to do. Stu and Cathy were very helpful and even personally check on us during our stay!

Clean, comfortable unit. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathroom had a generous supply of plush towels. Danil and David were great to work with. I would return again.

Friendly owners, private location and a clean place to stay. All you could really ask for. If ever in Fort Meyers again, I would certainly look to come here first.

Beautiful cottage. Nice and clean. Loved the water view. Can’t wait to book our next stay. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Loved That BBQ place and the Blue dog bar and grill.
