Penthouse with 2 bedrooms plus 1 folding double bed in the living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet, 1 TV per floor, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, two terraces and magnificent views. Great location, next to the Water Park, supermarket, Vera Plaza, and restaurants. Next to the residential development, there are paddle tennis and indoor soccer courts.

80m2 apartment with a large terrace with good orientation, free Wi-Fi, and TV. It has a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two twin beds, all rooms with newly installed fans. The house also has a washing machine, refrigerator, ceramic hob, iron, microwave, kitchenware, linens, and towels. The development, 500 meters from the beach, has two swimming pools and a beautiful common area. I don't have parking and I don't allow pets.
