Old 64 m² cottage dating from the 1970s belonging to my grandmother, completely renovated (work completed on February 1, 2021). Facing south, very bright, 25 m² terrace. Carport and courtyard for cars. 2 minutes from the Grand Massif ski resort (265 km of slopes) and the Lac Bleu with recreational center, bus stop nearby. The quaint and historic village of Samoens is also just a short 7 minute drive.
