Beautiful restored country house near Sarlat

Nestled amongst mature gardens and overlooking Lake Groléjac, this beautiful, traditional country house has been lovingly and sympathetically restored. La Lavandula sits in its own established grounds with a large private swimming pool, pétanque court and children’s play area. Groléjac swimming and fishing lake with its lovely, sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away. A cycle path at the rear of the property will take you straight through to Sarlat (11km away) and beyond.

Welcome to our gîte Le Pivert. This detached gîte is located on the small holiday domain “Aux Martis”, in the beautiful countryside of Lot-et-Garonne (on the border with the Dordogne). At the end of a gravel path and tucked away among old oak trees, you'd think you're in the middle of nature. But civilization is around the corner and the gîte has all the comforts. The terrace overlooks the valley and a small path leads to the pool for a refreshing dip.

Anastasia and Simon welcome you to Sarlat-la-Canéda, capital of Périgord Noir. Come and spend a stay in our beautiful "La Truffière" cottage with stunning views of the valley and our truffle field! Completely renovated in early 2022, the cottage can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideally located just minutes from the historic center and shops in a quiet and green environment. The cottage is on our property, but is completely separate from our house.

Ideal for relaxing: warm cottage classified 4 stars; old house located in a quiet hamlet, arranged on 3 levels, with semi-buried above ground pool, octagonal of 5.70 X 3.95; accommodation comprising three bedrooms including one on the ground floor, each with its own bathroom or shower room; house located on the edge of the water on the Dordogne / Lot-et-Garonne border. Reservation from 15.06 to 14.09 only on full weekdays from Saturday to Saturday.

Whether you’re dining on your private shady terrace or taking in a dip in the 11m x 5m swimming pool (shared with the owners and open from 09H00 – 20h00). The property is nestled on the edge of a small chateau estate and the owners are the only neighbours within view. Perfect for a romantic winter getaway!
