Monthly Rentals in Vernon Center

My daughter and I stayed at the Continental Chambers for her Hamilton visiting day. This suite is a really great size and location for a visit to Hamilton College or the area. Both bedrooms are very comfortable, as is the living room. There is a well-stocked full kitchen, and a laundry room just outside the door of the suite and within the house. Andrew was extremely responsive, accommodating, and flexible. I was very impressed with this rental and would recommend it to anyone. Stay here!

Just as described. Host was very responsive and kept me up to date with any maintenance issues inside/outside that were going to be taken care of. I work nights and was respectful of my schedule as they could be. Location was beautiful rural farm land. Closest to town for what I was willing to pay. 25 min drive to Utica. Just to add about the weather in the winter. The surrounding hwy are fairly well maintained. But sometimes in early mornings when I got off work the plows had not made it yet for first pass. Or it snowed so much they haven’t made it back for another pass. Just an FYI so anyone doesn’t find out the hard way like I did. Thank god for 4wheel drives.

We needed a local place to stay while some work was being done in our home. The 'schoolhouse' apartment was an easy drive with plenty of parking. TV, wifi, electric blinds, all the electronics worked seamlessly. Garret responded quickly to any questions we had and was flexible and gracious with our requests. Everything we needed was easy to find, and we had a great view of Santa and his 'reindeer' arriving in the Center across the street! :) The history of the schoolhouse is explained in the informational folder, and I'd recommend looking at the beautiful "This Old Church" on the other side of the traffic circle this apartment is on. Garrett has redone this building as well, and the stain glass windows have story all of their own.
