Villa holiday rentals in Vero Beach

The location was perfect, with easy access to beach and restaurants. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Alpha and their property highly enough.

The house was very comfortable. Any issues we had during our stay were acknowledged and dealt with in a timely manner. The best thing about the location was the use of the resort across the street. We also enjoyed being able to bring our two little dogs with us and walk them along the beach during approved hours. Please note that the kitchen has VERY basic items such as a few plates, bowls, silverware, pots and pans, cooking utensils. There was no salt and pepper, foil, casserole dish or anything. Everything will need to be purchased or brought with you if you need it. I've never stayed in a place that didn't have anything and I've stayed in many, many places in Florida and around the world. But we did enjoy our stay and plan on booking again next year if it is available...with the knowledge that we'll need to bring what we need to function as a family who cooks and eats at home most meals!

We really enjoyed our time at Rena’s home. It was centrally located to all the places we intended to visit and yet allowed us to return to a very quiet, comfortable location when we finished with the day’s activities. If our travels take us back to Melbourne, we will certainly look for this home’s availability. Thanks, Rena!

Once again (3rd stay here!), our time here was peaceful, relaxing and convenient. The charming rental had a convenient location near downtown CB and area restaurants. Two favorites are Florida’s Fresh Grill (a short drive) and The Fat Snook (just a block away!). The beach access is just across the highway. Terese is quick to respond and helpful, too…definitely recommend!

This home had all the best to help make my family comfortable while on vacation. The home was spotless and had everything you need plus there were even enough paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper in both bathrooms, body soaps in both bathrooms, and extras like family games, and soft fuzzy blankets on each bed! We loved enjoying coffee from the kuerig pods in the morning by the lovely backyard pool (although when we were there the pool was a bit chilly). I would be happy to stay at this place again. Matt was pleasant and checked in on our stay. He even offered us an earlier check in at the beginning once the rooms were cleaned. Top notch peaceful area and beautiful home. Thank you!!

For the last 3 wks, My fiancé and I have been traveling around Florida to find a place to relocation our businesses and family, Alberto was exceedingly helpful and very responsive. We went for the vistas, sunsets & sunrises, it was our place to recharge. Backward views very hard to beat. My kind of place! Me, my husband and our small family were relocating to this area. We were looking for a temporary stay so that he could be closer to his new job. And we stumbled upon this lovely little paradise! Seth has been nothing but amazing and supportive through this journey! From the chill vibes to the busy exciting environment, this place was an absolute need for me . I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that need to just get away and recharge. Or just to be 6 min away from the beach and you need a mini vacation. I definitely coming back it’s a home away from home.

We usually stay in a hotel in Indialantic when visiting Florida Tech. We opted for Airbnb this time. It was perfect. We loved the private rooftop deck to have coffee in the AM and the patio table for dinner. We felt very safe and the beach was easily accessible across the street. We appreciated the outdoor shower after the beach. I saw other comments regarding the noise on the Hwy. it didn't bother us. The room did get morning light but again didn't bother us. I highly recommend staying here as it is quiet and easily accessible to beach. Plus, we were able to watch the SpaceX night launch from the beach. Space ship went right over our heads. A bonus we didn't expect.

This property met our needs perfectly. The location worked well for us since we had a car. There is not much to eat nearby. We enjoyed the screened-in deck. It was great for playing games as a family. We also liked the pool and hot tub. The boogie boards and beach chairs were appreciated.

The house was just as described. Very clean and lots of space for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Great location, an easy walk to the beach and community pool by the river is very nice too. We did need the pool heater but it was unseasonably cool for the month of March. They were extremely quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It seems the rental fees are all getting inflated and becoming more difficult to justify, but we were oceanfront and it was a lovely home. There is a short walk through dunes to get to the beach which is a no brainer for younger people, but a bit more challenging for senior citizens. We would come again, it was very pleasant from the gazebo, the patio , the house or the beach. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at this Cocoa Beach house! The home was spacious and perfect for our group of seven, with plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The pool and hot tub were definite highlights — we spent a lot of time lounging and enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. Being right on the canal made it even better; we loved watching the water and even spotted some dolphins! The house was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The location was quiet but still close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommend this spot for families or groups looking for a fun and relaxing stay!

Fabulous house! The location is close to town, 2 minute walk to beach. We had 7 adults and the space was open, comfortable & lots of room to sneak off to read a book, work without interruptions etc. Beds were comfortable, lots of beach chairs, towels, kayaks, umbrellas, beach accessories. We rent in Vero often & this beautiful home was a winner. Hosts were available if we needed anything. Can’t wait to come back.

Rachina Serene Villa was spacious for our family. The pool was a highlight of our trip. Location of the house was perfect for our weekend plans. Only negative thing was the amount of reed diffusers in the house and plug-ins. I had to place them outside on the pool deck for the weekend too strong of mixed scents in the house.

Nice place to stay in Cocoa beach. Canal was quiet and pleasant to be by.

First off the location was AWESOME! The walk to the beach path was a short stroll through the neighborhood and pass the pool, you did have to cross the street so hold onto those little ones hands! The overall Villa was well kept and clean, sure it could use some updating but it didn't take away from our trip at all. The beds were comfortable and bever ran out of hot water, sheets and towels smelled and were clean, all appliances worked zero to compain about. Some guests say the furniture was old and worn out but we didn't see it, it set well. The only thing we though was the tv was HUGE so close to the sitting area, but we didn't spend to much time in front of the t.v. so cant really expand on that. There was beach chairs and umbrellas available which was a huge bonus (since we forgot ours) There was mention of Fishing rods avaliable, it wasnt a big deal we still took the kiddos fishing with a local charter. Overall great stay, John was a great host, would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had to book a one night stay last minute and Sanja was EXTREMELY helpful in answering my questions beforehand! The house is very beautiful and I could see us returning!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house itself is updated, very clean, open and well-stocked with basic items. We especially enjoyed the upper deck as well as the proximity to the dog beach, restaurants and rocket launches. The backyard is spacious, very private and peaceful, and the neighborhood is well maintained and quiet. We didn't need the playset, but it looked like fun! The pool is lovely and the set up provided ample seating for both sun and shade. We had some issues with the pool operation and the garbage disposal, but Ulrich was responsive and tried to address. Note that you won't have use of the garage, but there is ample parking for two cars , in the driveway. Overall highly recommend!

This is my new go to place! Diane is amazing! She welcomed us and made us feel right at home. This place offers serene, relaxing and re-energizing experience. A must see! Learned a lot from the history of this home and what it has to offer. I am renewed! Definitely going back!

Wonderful Stay at This Airbnb This property truly felt like a home away from home! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed. The host, Gabriel, was amazing—always responsive and quick to take care of anything. The pool was incredible, and we made so many great memories during our stay. Thank you for such a fantastic experience. We can’t wait to return in the future!
