The renovated and recently opened Le Zampolle B&B is located in Colà di Lazise just 10 minutes from Lake Garda. Immersed in a large garden of olive trees, it guarantees a relaxing stay in contact with nature. Our house is on two floors and offers guests 3 large and welcoming units, 2 of which have a terrace overlooking the garden. The driving force behind the creation of this B&B was the passion for attention to detail and the effort to achieve the goal.

A welcoming room with a private entrance, living room with kitchen, bedroom, private garden, all in a private oasis with two swimming pools, accessible from May to September, and a tennis court just 200 meters from the lake. Waiting for you there will be Italian breakfast, clean linen and lots of relaxation. ATTENTION: We don't serve breakfast directly every morning but at your arrival we offer you a basket with everything you need for your breakfasts.

Charming Sirmione is a small, newly renovated B&B located in a residential area just steps from the lake. Sara and her family wanted to create a welcoming atmosphere where every guest can feel at home. Balì Room, spacious and cozy with terrace furnished in modern style. Double bed, air conditioning, TV, fridge, bathroom with shower, kettle, safe, courtesy line, free WIFI. Every morning we prepare homemade cakes and bread.

The "green" straw tower

Sleeping in a house built entirely of straw bales. The "GREEN" room is furnished with a double bed and a BUNK bed FOR 2 CHILDREN. It has a private bathroom with shower and a window overlooking the large garden of the house. The use of the kitchen is not available in the house.
