Our cottage is located in a mill on the beautiful river La Dronne. It is a very spacious apartment (55 m2) fully renovated. A bedroom with a view of the river, and a beautiful terrace overlooking it. Direct access to the river for swimming or canoeing that we provide. Please note that the staircase leading to the gîte is quite narrow and steep and is not suitable for people with disabilities as well as for some people with limited mobility

Less than a kilometer away, the village of Tocane offers all amenities. Between Brantôme, Périgueux and Ribérac, you can discover the rich heritage, colorful markets and many summer festivals according to your desires.

It is a small studio flat, around thirty square metres in size, on the ground floor of a typical local house. Located in the heart of the countryside you will find calm and greenery. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy the courtyard in front of the studio with the dining area under the shade canvases, a barbecue is at your disposal.
