Life as it used to be? FeWo Bo is a cozy, cozy 2-person apartment in Haus Luzi, an ancient half-timbered house, idyllic on the Rur and right in the middle of the picturesque old town of Monschau! Everything is crooked & lopsided and low! Back-to-basic, cozy chatter instead of beeps but with infrared sauna. Lovely to relax before you roll into the nice double bed. To wake up in the morning with (or by) the smell of freshly baked rolls (bakery around the corner). Here you forget the hectic and stress of everyday life!

This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is not my original studio/loft of earlier times!! Key words: Calm, sunny, modern!!

This 60 m² studio, located on the 3rd floor of a recently built apartment building, features a fitted kitchen, a shower room, a private sauna, a balcony and fibre-optic Wi-Fi. Apartment in a characterful villa located in the Balmoral district above the town of Spa (3 km) and 12 km from the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. The apartment is located on the garden level and includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. It has a private entrance and a large terrace with two sheltered areas that can be heated, and enjoys a magnificent view of the valley.

Let yourself be enchanted by Monschau. You will sleep and live in a cloth maker's house in the heart of Monschau that is over three hundred years old. The Rur flows right behind our house. When the window is open, you can hear the water rushing and have a wonderful view over the Rur landscape all the way to the Red House. We look forward to seeing you soon.
