Son bourg longe la route principale sur 2 kilomètres, bordé d’un côté par la Loire, dernier fleuve sauvage, et de l’autre côté par le coteau surplombé du Domaine Régional comprenant son château féodal du 15ème siècle et le festival des jardins.

Le Grand Saint-Marc: duplex suite

A former pride of the Benedictine monks, the property sits in a wooded park of 4.4 ha, in Vendôme. It includes a "yachting" house from the early 19th century, a farmhouse, a pond and streams, a vineyard, a vegetable garden, a 1900 greenhouse. This suite is set up in a Renaissance longhouse. The renovation balances the authenticity of the place with modern comforts. Minibar with hot and cold drinks available. Breakfast served in the room or in the park. Private parking

one bedroom with 1 bed (160 x 200) and 1 sofa bed (120 x 190) plus baby cot with bathroom, separate toilet and private. With a small kitchen equipped with microwave, fridge, gas stove, dishes and kitchen utensils breakfast and hot tub available at an additional cost (jacuzzi: 10 euro per hour per person, 5 euro for children under 5 years old accompanied by their parents breakfast at extra cost 12.50 euros per person and 6 euros for children under 5 years of age.

The accommodation opens onto a private courtyard with personal garden furniture (barbecue, plancha, raclette service) and allows access to our large property. This house is particularly suitable for people looking for calm, greenery and walks.

The studio with a capacity for 2 people is composed of a main room with a double bed, a table, two chairs, a shower room with toilets and a kitchenette. You'll have the option to set up a baby. The entry is independent and you have a private terrace. The studio is very quiet as it is on the courtyard side. Breakfasts are optional The pool, terrace and garden are to be shared between the guests of the house, it is heated.

The accommodation, upstairs of a house, includes two bedrooms of 15 m² (double beds) with a private bathroom and toilet.
