Hamlet house from 1820 with magnificent views of the lake, mountains and Duingt Castle. Located on the mountainside in one of the last preserved hamlets of Lake Annecy, village house atmosphere with beautiful terrace over the garden and magnificent views. Family home in an exceptional setting, ideally located with DIRECT ACCESS TO THE LAKE: 6 steps down and you have your feet in the water. Authentic 18th century Savoyard building. We have completely renovated the back of the house to accommodate you comfortably. The front part of the house is not yet accessible, which does not prevent you from enjoying the entire park that borders the lake (1800 m²). The beach is 50 m from the house.

My accommodation is close to Lac d 'Annecy, Veyrier-du-lac. Beautiful villa of very good standing for 8 people. A green and quiet setting that you will enjoy from the large terrace. Ideally located in the heart of the Alps (Geneva 45 minutes, Chamonix and Mégève 1 hour) our villa is close to all amenities. The villa happily mixes a classic and contemporary style. An ideal refuge for family and friendly moments.
