The listing is in a great location, making it easy to walk around the city. It is clean, modern, and well appointed. We stayed there with four for a weekend and the space was quite good.

Well renovated, clean and well-equipped accommodation with good restaurants nearby and Sunday market right in front of the door, which was convenient, The place is very beautiful and quiet, Semur-en-Auxois offers beautiful walks in a quiet environment and in communion with nature.

We had a wonderful stay at Loïc's! The house is perfectly equipped and offers all the comforts you need. The surroundings are superb and invite you to relax. We'll be happy to go back!
