Monthly Rentals in Vienna

We stayed here for our overnight in NoVa and really loved the accomodations. We were impressed with the cleanliness and the amenities provided. Max was very responsive and made sure to have our space set to the temperature we requested when we arrived. Also, having no steps to access on the property was a big perk for my senior, blind pup. We appreciate all the space we had in this rental and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Rhonda and Viv are such great hosts and wonderful people :). Their apartment is just the perfect place... an amazing building with so many amenities, everything is like brand new. There are a number of restaurants and stores directly outside the building and in walking distance. The metro (train) is right next to the building! The surrounding areas are very nice and the modern elevator system made for an easy trip to the parking garage. This was the perfect mix of everything. Would love to stay again!

The walk-out basement unit was clean, spacious and suited our needs perfectly for the week stay. One issue was that being a large basement unit with no heating control it was rather cold in mid-April. However, we did find a space heater in the laundry area to warm up the bedroom so we managed. Overall a good ABNB experience and would certainly book again if visiting the area.
