Charming little 18 m² cabin in a quiet location, at the back of our house. Close to the city centre, faculties and university hospital. Fully functional, with kitchen and bathroom, bed linen (bed made up on arrival) and towels provided, so you don’t need to bring anything… Small terrace with garden furniture. Self-check-in (key box), free parking, direct bus access to the train station and city centre, shops and restaurants nearby. Although we are on our own property, we are very discreet to ensure your complete privacy.

Accommodation located 15 km from the Futuroscope, by 4 routes. Quiet studio, with several spaces (bedroom 160 x 200 bed/kitchenette/living room), a bathroom with toilet, Wi-Fi access, private terrace, courtyard & garden view. Located 5 km from Poitiers (City of Romanesque Art), about 1 hour drive from Marais Poitevin and 1.5 hours from La Rochelle. Access to Poitiers Nord exit via the A10 highway. Poitiers-Biard Airport 5 KM / Poitiers city center station 9.5 km / Futuroscope station 16 km. Shops 3 km away.

Micro home in the countryside or in the city

Located in the heights of Saint Benoît Bourg, 15 minutes by car from the city center and Poitiers train station, 25 minutes from Futuroscope and 10 minutes from the Bois de Saint-Pierre. In a garden, oriented without overlooking, high up overlooking the viaduct of Saint-Benoît, and nature. I lived there for 6 beautiful years, in 2 different gardens, and you will find all the amenities there. It is at the foot of a hiking trail. Beware for those who can't stand the noise: you can hear the train!

Comfortable Tiny house for 2 guests, cosy and completely self contained. It is composed with 1 queen size bed, memory foam mattress, 1 couch, 1 TV, free Wifi, separate complete kitchen ( kettle, fridge, microwave, cooker, coffee maker, dishes), separate bathroom (hair dryer) with large bath and WC, wooden deck, swimming pool 8x5m (open from June to September). Breakfast and bath towels included. Private and secured parking, located at 10 min from Futuroscope Poitiers center city by car.

Chalet Nature

Voici mon chalet, au coeur du vignoble chinonais et avec la foret domaniale dans le dos. Ce chalet vous ravira par son calme et sa proximité avec les chateaux de la loire (Azay le rideau 10mn, et Chinon a 12 mn). Depart direct du chalet pour randonnée dans la foret et caves vigneronnes! Ce chalet de 30m2 se compose d une cuisine, salle de bain, salon (avec canapé convertible) et d'une mezzanine avec matelas de 1m90*1m40. Les draps sont non fournis. L'entrée se fait de manière autonome.

In the heart of a wooded park, ideal cottage to get into the countryside. Located in the heart of Loches near the Châteaux of the Loire Valley, Beauval Zoo and tourist attractions. The cottage includes a living room, kitchenette, bathroom, shower, toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed overlooking the park and 2 single beds, a mezzanine with reading corner. TV, DVD, option to bring a USB key for movies or cartoons to plug into the TV. Possibility of connecting to Netflix, Canal+

Let yourself be lulled by the sounds of nature in this unique 28 m² accommodation in a rural setting. The castle of the 7 towers of Cheneché is full of charm. Direct access to hiking trails through the river ford. Nearby, Futuroscope and Aquascope 15 min away, Lac de St Cyr 15min, Forêt de Moulière. A little further, the green Venice, Center Parc. A comfortable, independent, air-conditioned accommodation. A large wooden deck for breakfast in the rising sun.

Cabin in the heart of nature

Come and enjoy an atypical 25 m² cabin in the heart of nature. I built this quiet little cocoon that can accommodate one to three people (a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.

A space under the eaves on the mezzanine (access by ladder under your responsibility) can accommodate your children. You have the use of a private terrace and part of the garden is reserved with children's games under your responsibility.

Dare to have a unique experience! Atypical and warm accommodation in a quiet area, 5 minutes from Futuroscope! The Tiny House is a mini-house offering a minimalist but very functional living space. It is equipped with everything you need (combined microwave oven, fridge with freezer, induction hob, reversible air conditioning)... In the bathroom, you will find a shower, a sink and dry toilets.
