Modern, light, spacious, fully equipped first floor 1 bedroom master suite overlooking the French countryside. Sleeping up to 2 people plus 1 baby. Located between Le Dorat & Bellac, with all local amenities. Only 40 minutes from Limoges airport. The property is set in its own grounds, with no immediate neighbours, with a large in ground swimming pool. We also have a 2 bedroom Gite, sleeping 4 downstairs for larger groups looking for space of their own whilst holidaying together.

The Longève Barns

This refurbished cottage in the style of our stone house, awaits you in a natural environment, in the quiet of the countryside. With an area of 35 m, the bedroom is located on the second floor and the sofa bed is on the mezzanine. On the ground floor, kitchen equipped with everything you need and the bathroom. 2 private terraces at your disposal. In summer you can enjoy our swimming pool until 7 p.m. For late check-ins, a box is located at the entrance to pick up your keys

La Preuillette – Studio

Small self-contained studio in a charming house located in the heart of the historic village of Preuilly-sur-Claise. Come and relax and enjoy the sweetness of life in South Touraine! Refresh yourself in the pool, come drink with the guinguette, bike on the greenway (which connects Descartes to Tournon Saint Pierre) , discover the local artisans at their shop, admire the Claise and our landscapes... All shops (bakeries, groceries, markets) are within walking distance.

Private space with separate entrance located at the back of my house set back from the street. 2 rooms of 48 m2 is furnished for a couple but possibility to accommodate more people, to sleep on the sofa bed, to add a mattress for 1 person and 1 folding crib. Kitchenette, bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi, large private wooded garden. Parking on site. Access to the historic city center 12 min walk, river and walks 8 min walk, Futuroscope 20 min drive, La Rochelle 1.5 hr drive.

Located on the first floor of our old barn, the ammonite is a small equipped and air-conditioned apartment ready to welcome you. An entrance and private parking are allocated to you for your stay. For holidays or work, access is quick via the A10 a few minutes away. Located in the countryside, in a place called, you can find all amenities a few km drive away. Equipped with a connected TV, Wi-Fi you can access your Netflix or other accounts if you wish.

The accommodation consists of a bedroom with a 140 bed, a shower room, toilet, and an equipped kitchenette (+ Senseo coffee maker). Free Wi-Fi, a TV. A private parking space for guests. Conveniently located to tour Poitou. 10 minutes from Futuroscope and 10 minutes from Poitiers city center. The village of Mignaloux with its local shops is 700 m away.

The Family Suite has been converted into a barn of an old Lourdines stone farmhouse. It is attached to the main house (independent entrance). Composed of a kitchenette (no stove), bathroom, 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed (possibility of adding a baby cot on request). Ideally located between the Futuroscope (10 minutes) and Poitiers city center (15 minutes). We will be happy to host you and give you our recommendations.
