Charming little 18 m² cabin in a quiet location, at the back of our house. Close to the city centre, faculties and university hospital. Fully functional, with kitchen and bathroom, bed linen (bed made up on arrival) and towels provided, so you don’t need to bring anything… Small terrace with garden furniture. Self-check-in (key box), free parking, direct bus access to the train station and city centre, shops and restaurants nearby. Although we are on our own property, we are very discreet to ensure your complete privacy.

Poitiers-Biard Airport 5 KM / Poitiers city center station 9.5 km / Futuroscope station 16 km. Shops 3 km away.

Comfortable Tiny house for 2 guests, cosy and completely self contained. It is composed with 1 queen size bed, memory foam mattress, 1 couch, 1 TV, free Wifi, separate complete kitchen ( kettle, fridge, microwave, cooker, coffee maker, dishes), separate bathroom (hair dryer) with large bath and WC, wooden deck, swimming pool 8x5m (open from June to September). Breakfast and bath towels included. Private and secured parking, located at 10 min from Futuroscope Poitiers center city by car.

Chalet Nature

This is my cottage, in the heart of the Chinese vineyard and with the state forest behind it. This chalet will delight you with its calm and its proximity to the castles of the loire (Azay the curtain 10 minutes, and Chinon 12 minutes). Direct departure from the chalet for hiking in the forest and wine cellars! This chalet of 30m2 consists of a kitchen, bathroom, living room (with sofa bed) and a mezzanine with mattress of 1m90*1m40. Sheets are not provided. Entry is done autonomously.

A Tiny House Break – Private Garden

Located in the heights of Saint Benoît bourg 15 minutes by car from the city center and the train station of Poitiers, 25 min from Futuroscope and 10 min from the Bois de Saint-Pierre. In a garden, facing not opposite, high up with views of the St Benoît viaduct, and nature. It's at the foot of a hiking trail. Caution: - For those who can't stand noise: you can hear the train! - For those who come in groups of more than 2: the idea of a tiny house is that it's small and compact!

Come and enjoy an atypical 25 m² cabin in the heart of nature. I built this quiet little cocoon that can accommodate one to three people (a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.

Dare to have a unique experience! Atypical and warm accommodation in a quiet area, 5 minutes from Futuroscope! The Tiny House is a mini-house offering a minimalist but very functional living space. It is equipped with everything you need (combined microwave oven, fridge with freezer, induction hob, reversible air conditioning)... In the bathroom, you will find a shower, a sink and dry toilets.
