We stayed at Thao’s place for almost 3 weeks and it truly felt like home away from home. So sad to leave! The apartment is super spacious and nicely decorated. There are 3 balconies to choose from and a gorgeous rooftop! It is bright and clean and you rarely hear the noise from the street or neighbours. Location is great - away from the madness of the old town but easily walkable. The local area has great restaurants and cafes too. This apartment would be perfect for a short or a long stay. Thao goes above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. She is kind, responsive and helpful. Truly an incredible host. We will definitely be back should we return to Hanoi. Thank you so much!

Excellent experience and will be back next time

I stayed here for about a month and loved my stay! It's close to the old quarter with so much to do. The apartment is super spacious and has a big kitchen. There's a huge bed, large couch, laundry machine, etc.--all of the core amenities you need. Wifi is good enough to get work done remotely. Tra is also a very responsive host, answering my questions quickly whenever I had them. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back if I find myself in Hanoi again!

The room is great, it's big, clean and has a nice balcony. The kitchen could have a little more amenities, e.g. a pan, but I think if I asked, Viktor would even have organized one. In the end, I always ordered food or was outside. The range of restaurants and shops in the area is brilliant, you are completely in the middle of it, at the same time because it is quite far in an alley, it is relatively quiet in the evening. Sometimes it can be louder, for example, Saturday night. Viktor takes care of everything and responds quickly if you have any questions. Air conditioning etc. worked well. Overall, everything was appropriately furnished. I wish the linens and towels were a little cleaner, they smelled a little musty. It would also be good if you had a cozy way to relax on the balcony, a hammock would be ideal. Thanks Viktor and all the best Overall, it's good value

The wide open windows in the living room and comfortable furnitures made us felt right at home. Everything smelled good when we first arrived, and the city view from the windows was quite nice. Though close to Bui Vien (the party street), we did not hear any noise from our unit on the 14th floor.

We had an pleasant stay at Mai's place in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was very clean. The location is good with plenty of convenient stores nearby and pretty close to District 1. The unit has a dryer, so it was convenient for us, especially after a long day of exploring the city in the hot weather. The host also provides plenty of essentials for your stays. We almost did not have to buy anything extra. The wifi was great, and we had no problems working remotely. Moreover, Mai was an exceptional host – very responsive and accommodating to all our needs. She let us check in early. Overall, we highly recommend Mai's place to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable accommodation in Ho Chi Minh City.

We spent 2 weeks at Sarah’s apartment. She is super nice, professional and responsible . Her apartment is so clean , quiet, peaceful that makes you feel comfortable and safe. It takes you just around 15 minutes to get there from the airport. Highly recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a good place for the business or personal trip . We will be back to stay there for our next trip. Thank you Sarah and her professional staffs.

You may wonder why this room is so cheap compared to the others. Well, the neighborhood is a bit noisy, and to get to it, you have to pass through the market area, which has a strong smell. Other than that, the apartment itself is very nice and comfortable. So, the quality/price ratio is excellent.

If in Da Nang, better stay at Yen's place. You will feel right at home. The place is extremely clean and has a pleasant scent when you walk in. The furniture is very comfortable, especially the bed and comforter. Yen was very accommodating and communcative. I locked myself out of the room one night at she was extremely responsive and helpful at 6am! Wouod definitely book here again.

great place to stay within walking distance of everything

I stayed at this place for exactly 4 weeks. This is not the center at all, but there are many buses to the old town and it is the starting point of the train, so it is a transportation point. Instead, the surrounding prices are cheap, and in particular, the price of the grocery store that stands every morning in the alley is really cheap and good. We also got to know the market merchants quite a bit and it was very disappointing when we left. It's definitely off the beaten path, so it's quiet. The security of the building is very thorough and there are always security guards on site. You can't even operate the elevator unless you're a guest or a resident. In fact, I wanted to stay here for another month, but there was no vacancy. Cleaning is done twice a week, and if you don't have enough toilet paper/shampoo/body wash/dish detergent, etc., they will be filled. It is equipped with a washing machine and there is no laundry detergent, but you can just wash it with dish detergent. We usually only travel for a month or more, and if we come back to Hanoi, we will stay here again.

This was such a magical apartment for me. Location was so good. Rubys recommendations were incredible and the service by everyone was 10/10!!! We even took some photos together after I left ☺️ This is a safe and lovely place to stay in. Thank you, Ruby!!!

This Kevin unite is located in the center of DaNang City where is very convenient to anywhere of city. I have a peaceful staying with a large living room.Kevin is very friendly and helpful. Recommend!

Lovely flat in a nice suburb. Very close to main road but surprisingly very quiet. Had everything we needed and the host was very kind and quick to respond to any queries. 10-15min grab from district 1.

Phuong, Thao, and Quynh are amazing hosts. They are responsive and friendly. The place is right at the most convenient locations in Thao Dien. At only 10 mins away from District 1 center, you can also find everything you need with 2-3 blocks from the location. 100% more quiet than any place in District 1, if you need it. The internet is fast at 70Mbps and it's more than sufficient for a 50 persons Zoom call with no lag. The bathroom is clean. The cleaning lady cleans the place twice a week so the room is usually always clean. No mold and barely any dust. Highly recommended to stay here.

Great place! A lot of amazing food spots and also walking distance to main attractions of District 1. Host was always responsive and helpful, and space was clean.

Had a pleasant stay for a little over a month. There’s a sweet old staff lady that helps service your room twice a week. She’ll pop into your room around 8/9am on your designated cleaning days. First time, it was a little unexpected and shocking but let this be your fair disclaimer. Do note there’s a person who comes to the neighborhood to pick up bottles to recycle at 10:30pm everyday and is quite loud but besides that it’s a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The place is just as pictured however the bathroom is minimally dated. NOTE: There’s a home restaurant (you pass it before you get to the stay). MUST TRY! It’s authentic home cooked meals, just like the ones your viet grandma would cook you! They have a whiteboard in front of their house with dishes they’re serving that day. Everything I tried was amazing! She opens at 7:30am for breakfast and 10:30am for lunch. Come early because she does sell out pretty fast. Only regulars and locals come so you know it’s the real deal!

The place is nice, but for an extended stay, rather not suitable. There is a neighborhood with cafes and shops within walking distance. There is a swimming pool on the roof — a big plus

The room is comfortable with modern amenities like a big screen television and high speed internet. I didn’t cook, but the kitchen is set up for that and even has a full sized refrigerator. Close to a lot of restaurants and coffee shops and even a movie theater. Comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. A good deal and a good place to stay.
