Excellent Airbnb, conveniently located in the old neighborhood - note that this involves liveliness and a little noise. Our host was perfect, proactive communication and very responsive to help and advise us during the stay. We were able to leave Our luggage in the spa downstairs which is very convenient (we recommend the spa too!). Great value for money.

I recently stayed at VI’s apartment in District 9 and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is spacious, well equipped with kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies, and a washer perfect for long term stays. The amenities are excellent, with a big pool and gym. Nearby, there’s an amusement park, water park, and a night street food market. Stores like Circle K and Seven Eleven are open late, perfect for snacks and boba drinks. The apartment is quiet, ideal for remote work or a peaceful getaway. The electric bus service from the complex to Ho Chi Minh’s tallest tower near the city center is super convenient. While the location is a bit farther from the city’s hustle and bustle, the tranquility and nearby attractions made it worth it. The only downside was that Netflix didn’t work during our stay, which was a small inconvenience when we wanted to relax. Overall, I highly recommend this place for its peaceful atmosphere and great amenities. Be sure to download the VinBus app for bus time.

Great stay overall! The location is walkable to many tourist areas but secluded enough to avoid traffic noises. Staff was always present at the front desk and incredibly responsive. Property was quite nice and has a great gym. I would definitely recommend!
