Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

We are pleased to host you in our recently renovated barn, offering stunning views of the Dronne and the bridge mill, from where you can practice hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, angling, boat rides, swimming... Less than a kilometer away, the village of Tocane offers all amenities. Between Brantôme, Périgueux and Ribérac, you can discover the rich heritage, colorful markets and many summer festivals according to your desires.

My accommodation is close to Angoulême and its international comic book fair, French-speaking film festival...Located within the South Charente close to the Dordogne, the small village of Aubeterre.... You will appreciate my accommodation for its calm and independence, it is located in the heart of the Charentaise countryside.... My accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travelers, families (with kids) and furry friends.

The site consists of an island of about 5000 m², surrounded by water, on which is located an old lock house from 1837, completely refurbished, very bright and comfortable. Ideal for a total disconnection experience, in a green setting, while comfortable and poetic. Possibility to use canoes (a 2-seater canoe and a 1-seater canoe) and bicycles.
