Two wineries within 10 miles of our place! We are close to YNOT, 3 miles from Rose Hall wedding, 6 miles from downtown Dallas, GA and 10 miles from downtown Cartersville, GA. We can host up to 4 adults in our basement apartment. We have a max of 5 guests on the property at anytime.

Paddle boat or Jon-boat is available (with notice) Tumlin lake is the City water supply so water is clean. No Motorized water-craft allowed on lake. Only sail and paddle craft permitted. Each room has its own décor theme, the master suite is INCREDIBLE, and the house has plenty to keep you entertained like pool, games, Starlink Wifi and dish network.
