Our holiday home is bright, spacious, cozy and equipped to a high standard. Each bedroom has its own bathroom - TV/Sat is in every room. Washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. Internet access via WLAN. Each unit also has a terrace with a barbecue and loungers. Free parking.

The newly renovated cottage is about 55 square meters and has a beautiful bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed (160 × 200 cm). In the combined living room/kitchen there is a cozy sofa bed, smart TV, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has all amenities: large fridge, dishwasher, ceramic stovetop, oven, normal coffee maker, kettle, etc. are available. On cold winter days, the fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere.

About 10 minutes walking to the Kanzelbahn, which will take you to the Gerlitzen ski and recreation area, overlooking Lake Ossiach, which you can reach by car in 5 minutes, 5 minutes from the Ossiachersee motorway exit. 3 bedrooms, 2 SATELLITE TV with Sky Germany reception in the living room, sauna, open fireplace and 70 m² terrace offer everything for a relaxing holiday.
