Het slaapgedeelte bevat een comfortabel 2-persoonsbed en voldoende kastruimte. De luxe badkamer heeft een douchecabine, wastafel en zwevend toilet. Op warme zomeravonden is het terras met zitgelegenheid de perfecte plek om de dag af te sluiten. Vanuit het chalet kunnen mooie wandelingen gemaakt worden.

Family fun in this stylish home with private heated pool and in winter max 30 minutes from several ski resorts. Our vacation home is located at the bottom of the border triangle Austria, Italy and Slovenia. This allows you to enjoy the good that these three countries offer. Our house has a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, garden, balcony and heated pool in late April to mid-October. In winter we have 2 lockers at the slopes exclusively for our guests.

Gradisch Forester's Lodge

The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.

Vacation rental incl. community garden & pool

On the 2nd floor, we rent a 90 m² apartment with a double bedroom, a triple bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony, a bathroom (incl. bathtub) and a living room. Shared use of our large garden & pool (not fenced, duty of supervision for children) is possible at any time. We have a great location near Italy/Slovenia, the city of Villach, many lakes, mountains and ski resorts. Dog available - pets on request.
