Our holiday apartment, renovated in 2023, is ideal for couples and families with two children. It is located in a quiet apartment complex in Sattendorf. The complex has its own private lake access with a spacious sunbathing area, changing rooms, showers, and toilets. A two-person paddleboat is available for guests' use. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining area with a balcony, a bedroom (sleeps four), a foyer, and a bathroom with a shower.

Genießt euer Frühstück am Balkon mit Blick über den See, bevor ihr euch im kühlen Nass erfrischt. The flat is located with direct lake access on Lake Ossiach, just 4 km from the Gerlitzen Kanzelbahn car park (Kanzelplatz 2, 9520 Annenheim) and 6.6 km from the centre of Villach (main railway station). On 55m² you will find a bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and a 20m² terrace with a fantastic view of Lake Ossiach and the Gerlitzen Alpe. The flat is suitable for up to 4 people and invites you to relax or enjoy an active holiday.

All rooms are centrally accessible. For winter vacationers, the Gerlitze ski resort can be reached by shuttle bus (stop approx. 500 meters away) within 30 minutes, with your own car in 15 minutes. Relax in this unique and tranquil getaway right on the shores of Lake Wörthersee, with direct, private lake access and a large lawn. The two-room apartment has a magnificent view over the most beautiful lake in Austria and a unique terrace to experience unforgettable sunsets. In addition, if necessary, a boat mooring at the marina directly on the property is available. Opposite is the Carinthian Golf Club Dellach and the gourmet restaurant Hubert Wallner.

Aufgrund drei getrennter Schlafzimmer ist sie ideal für einen Groß- oder Mehrfamilienaufenthalt (bis 8 Personen). *** Privater Seezugang am Faaker See *** Wir gehören zu den wenigen Privatvermietern am Faaker See, die den angenehmen Luxus eines Privatstrandes bieten können. Zur Wohnung gehört außerdem eine eigene Badekabine mit Sonnenschirmen und Sonnenliegen.

Das Haus bietet Platz für 4 Personen in 2 Schlafzimmern und verfügt über einen direkten Seezugang. Ideal für Naturliebhaber, die Entspannung im oder am Wasser (mit eigenem Tretboot) suchen. Voll ausgestattet mit moderner Küche, gemütlichem Wohnzimmer, Feuerschale, Esstisch und Lounge im Freien - lässt es keine Wünsche offen.

Barrier-free bungalow right on lake B2 (2-6p)

This barrier-free bungalow is suitable for families, seniors, and the disabled. Beach and all amenities are to be used by all guests of our houses. 3 Bungalows in total for max 20 people. Can also be booked as a group accommodation. No pets allowed. Bed linen, kitchen towels, towels are provided. You must bring your own beach towels. Washing machine not in bungalows but can be used on request for a fee. A deposit of €250 is required for damages.

Kinder und Tiere sind auch Herzlich Willkommen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus. Da wir in einer guten Lage sind gibt es viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Ortstaxe ist bitte noch extra in der Unterkunft zu bezahlen.
