Wonderful two-story house in Benaocaz, a beautiful village in the Sierra de Cádiz. Downstairs, it has a living/dining room with a fireplace, a kitchenette, and air conditioning. The upper floor has a large bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 cm and a built-in wardrobe, another cozy bedroom with 1 bed of 1.35 cm and 1 bathroom with shower plate, it does not have air conditioning. During construction, we used natural and recycled materials and the sun supplies electricity via a solar system. On the 3.5 hectares of land there are mainly olive trees and from the top you have a beautiful view of the Sierra de Grazalema.
