La Betania has been recently renovated to a very high standard to create a superb family home in one of the most beautiful valleys in the area, the Ribera de Gaidovar, and just 3km from the pretty village of Grazalema. It is designed to enjoy the immense nature that surrounds it with large windows and doors opening onto the patio and plunge pool and is set in extensive grounds with olive trees and sheep nearby, bordered by the river Gaidovar. Set in 5 acres of orchards and gardens, the farmhouse is divided into two separate semi-detached homes each with its own private entrance . The owner lives in one of these houses some of the time. The only shared area is the swimming pool and it’s surrounding garden. The pool is set away from the house in the larger grounds at 1-2 minute’s walk The owners may use the pool occasionally .There are cats on the property.
