Feel free to ask us anything! Völs/Fié is one of the most picturesque neighborhoods in South Tyrol. Activities include hiking, skating, biking, skiing, and swimming. Several recommended restaurants, shops, and the tourist information center are all within easy walking distance. We will provide information upon your arrival about public transportation, Fié/Völs and the Dolomites. Feel free to ask us anything! The "Piazza Fié di Sopra" is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Fié (Völs am Schlern). Until the 20th century it used to be a small village with a blacksmith, a wheels maker, a farm and an old tavern by the name of "Löwenwirt" (Lions' Inn). Its centre was formed by a small chapel with an ample garden. If you like panoramic views, the frontside of the chapel will be the place for you! Winter: South Tyrol is a skier's paradise! The Alpe di Siusi can be reached in 10 minutes by car or public transport, other nearby spots are Val Gardena and the Sella Mountains. Skating and sledging can be enjoyed at the idyllic Völser Weiher. Spring Summer: Do not miss the nearby Völser Weiher (bathing lake) and the castle Prösels. Völs is a wonderful area for hiking and mountain biking (Dolomites), for day trips the alpe di Siusi is perfect. According to "Magazin der Süddeutschen Zeitung", one eats particularly well on the Tschafonhütte and the Gostner Schwaige. We can confirm that from experience :-) Autumn: Autumn is the time of harvest and vintage. Völs has some very good "Buschenschänke" and "Völser Kuchenkastl" (Traditional Harvest Specialties) to offer. Hiking and mountain biking in September and October are possible depending on the weather!

Our organic farm is located on the sunny side of the lower Eisack Valley at 900 m above sea level. The farm is located outside the village, free and idyllic. Here you will find peace and quiet, with a breathtaking view over the Dolomites. The village of "Villanders" is located in the middle of South Tyrol, very suitable for various excursion destinations. The property was newly built in 2023 and offers everything your heart desires. The apartment was furnished with natural materials and can accommodate 7 people

Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Welcome to our green oasis above Vahrn. Here you are surrounded by vineyards and forests. The Schalderer Bach bubbles in front of the house, the birds chirp in the treetops and you enjoy a fantastic view of the Plose. Enjoy the soothing tranquility, far from the flow of tourists, but still well connected to the city. The four suites are located on the second floor of the building and impress with a shared sauna with a relaxation room and shower.

Our apartment is centrally located, but surrounded by nature, in a former farmhouse, the Glunhof: in spring, summer and autumn an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours, for example, to the nearby Dolomites, in winter a perfect location for winter sports enthusiasts; the famous Val Gardena, for example, is in the immediate vicinity. The artists' town of Klausen with shopping and gastronomy is a 5-minute walk via the bike path.
