The apartment has a south-facing exposure with one of the best views of Briançon. The fortifications and the Cité Vauban are within walking distance, just 300 m from the apartment. It is close to all amenities, bakery, tobacco, restaurants, historic center, grocery store. The Serre Chevalier resort is accessible by car 1.5 km away and also by bus with the stop 200 m away. The apartment has a garage, very convenient especially in winter! Montgenèvre and Italy are 13 km away!

28 m2 apartment completely renovated on the 1st floor of our house in a quiet area with 18 m² south-facing terrace, unobstructed view of the mountains. 1 room with equipped kitchenette, living room with TV, WiFi, sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and two bunk beds (90x190cm). 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal accommodation for 2, possible for up to 4 people. Parking in private car park. 900 m from the city centre and train station.

Charming apartment in a green setting

The apartment is on the ground floor facing south, next to the Cité Vauban, a 5-minute walk from the shops. The sunny apartment is very quiet with a large garden and a beautiful wooden terrace. It is functional and charming. This apartment is ideal for a couple. We are served by public transport (TGV shuttle stop and city bus 3 minutes away. Our green garden is relaxing. We offer a parking space exclusively reserved for the apartment.

A small cozy apartment in a village house. Quiet in the countryside,while being close to Briançon you can enjoy the sauna after your day of skiing Check with us for rates of 7 days or more. The staircase leading to the bedrooms is steep but well equipped with handrails, but this must be taken into account for people with mobility difficulties. Access is completely independent. Studio located in the village of Villar-Saint-Pancrace, 5 minutes from Briançon. It is about 25 m2 and is located in the basement of our house. It consists of a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. It also has an outdoor terrace with barbecue. Close to all amenities (shopping area 3 min. by car), alpine and Nordic ski slopes, as well as hiking/snowshoeing trails. NOTE: bed linen is provided, not bath towels.
