Hamlet house from 1820 with magnificent views of the lake, mountains and Duingt Castle. Located on the mountainside in one of the last preserved hamlets of Lake Annecy, village house atmosphere with beautiful terrace over the garden and magnificent views. Between swimming in front of the house, walking in the forest (waterfall), cycling, various water sports and... "aperitifs facing the setting sun", that's enough to recharge your batteries! Cottage with exceptional views

With exceptional views of Mont Joly, under the domes of Miage, our chalet has been renovated in 2023. 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a large balcony. Fully equipped (ski room with shoe warmer and ski rack, bathroom with bath and shower, underfloor heating) for a cocooning holiday. Village on foot, departure from the slopes 5 minutes by car or free shuttle at the foot of the chalet Mandatory cleaning €180 + €40 if sheets/towels to leave on site ❗️during school holidays, minimum rental 1 week ❗️

Spacious house with mountain views

A traditional Mountain village house full of charm with beautiful features and some beams date back to the original building. The beautiful village of Hautecour is situated above the market town of Moutiers where you will be able to shop for all of your day to day needs, and relax in the cafe's and restaurants . A 15-minute drive will get you to the lift station at Brides Les Bains for access to the fantastic 3 valleys in winter or a chance to relax in the famous spa waters in summer.
