Holiday rentals with a patio in Villarreal

Lucie offered us a wonderful home for an extended weekend. She well-provided us with a very helpful instruction booklet with lots of fantastic tipps, we really appreciated and followed some of then :) The home is in a perfect central location and very clean (although there were some dead ants in the corner), only the water pressure of the shower was a bit low, otherwise nothing to complain and 100% recommended to everyone!

A very comfortable apartment and convenient for the tram station and supermarket. Everything went smoothly and Rebeca was always helpful and friendly.

A brilliant stay, the flat was very clean and the terrace was brilliant for morning and early afternoon sun. The kitchen had everything you need for evening meals. Abel was very helpful on check in and check out. Look forward to staying again!

This is by far one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed. We were welcomed by Rob, and Rob and Teresa went out of their way to enable us early entry. The flat is beyond spotless, everything was extremely comfortable and homey so tastefully done. The fridge was stocked with butter, water, milk, just very thoughtful, there is coffee and shower gel washing machine liquid, the list is endless and quite honestly the best stocked apartment I have ever stayed in. There is a full sized bathroom and kitchen with a lovely living space with the bed positioned off the living room. There is plenty of storage and hangers 😂. The position of the flat on Las Fuentes beach - promenade is perfect you can hear the waves crashing on the beach at night and the flat is in a beautiful peaceful gated community. Do NOT hesitate to book this apartment we stayed for a week and I could have stayed longer. I will definitely return.

We felt welcome in the accommodation, you can get around by metro very easily anywhere in Valencia. The hostess is very kind and understanding.

Vanessa has been very kind and answers any questions very quickly and clearly. The house is as described, ideal for up to 4 people. The bathroom and kitchen are fully functional and the beds / sofa bed are comfortable. The terrace has great views and you can see the sea without having buildings that cover it. The area is quiet (we went in Easter) less than a 5 minute walk from the beach. And there is also an area of restaurants, coffee shops, wide promenade, children's area, port, etc. That is, you can be distracted if you are going with children. The beach is made of sand, no stones. In short, a very good option to spend a few days on the beach, but 20 minutes from Valencia to see the city of the arts, the town hall area and very close to small Venice.

We had a lovely stay at Willem's. The accommodation is very well located to be able to visit the city center of Castellón on foot. There is indeed a parking space available on the same street to leave the car there, which is very convenient. The accommodation is atypical which added charm and originality to our stay. In addition, Willem is a very friendly and attentive person who ensures that his hosts have a good stay. Thank you Willem 🙂

We just had a dreamy week with the family in Carlos and Cristina's beautiful home! We liked everything: first of all the very protected and privileged place of the Playetas, the quiet and residential area a few minutes from the beach, the lovely garden neat by professionals, the very nice decoration and impeccable cleanliness of the house, the comfort of modern bedding and bathrooms and the large terrace ideal for aperitifs, dinners and lively games! When we left, we were lucky enough to meet our hosts, absolutely charming, warm and welcoming people, whom we thank and highly recommend.

Very friendly host and easy to communicate with. The house was clean, but cosy. It had everything we needed. The house is out of the center, but we found everything within walking distance. Enjoyable terras and clean swimming pool. The neighbourhood has many dogs barking at you when you walk by. It does not disturb when you're at the house, however if you're scared of dogs there is no way of avoiding them when walking to and from the house. Highly recommend the place if you don't wish to be in the center.

located in the center of the city , you have everything at hand. the parking is not easy but giving a couple of turns you park.

We had an amazing time at Alexandra's home! Communication was very smooth and extremely friendly, which is always very pleasant if you have any questions. The house has been completely renovated, and very nicely decorated. The location is ideal, within walking distance of metro and bus station to get into the city and within walking distance of the harbor/beach. It was wonderful to stay on the roof terrace, with beautiful southern plants. We stayed there during the "santa semana", and were able to experience these unique processions from very close in the streets of the neighborhood. Valencia stole our heart, if we come back with our group, we will definitely stay in Alexandra's house again.

We were very pleased with the accommodation. It was superbly equipped, and there were plenty of toys for the children. The tram stop just around the corner provides quick access to the city. Ariadna gave us lots of tips and was always easy to reach. We'd love to come back.

The first impression of the entire family, when we entered and toured the apartment, was, “This looks even better than the pictures”. The apartment is beautiful, it was extremely clean, had all the amenities, and was super well taken care of. The host replied almost immediately anytime we had questions. It is located in a beautiful, quiet, and clean area right next to the beach and sea. We ended up extending our stay here 2x! Incredible host and apartment. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We all loved your apartment!

Excellent,host of 10, super friendly, helpful, everything clean, quiet area, spectacular house to spend a few days of rest and relaxation, you can go to visit everything without needing to take the car, the barbecue area is very good, we had an incredible weekend thanks to Reme. Everything perfect, location and so on in our case was by gym theme and we had it a 5-minute walk away. The only catch is the armchair bed that is not bad but could be better for the rest, she is very nice and attentive and the house is very nice and cozy.

We had a wonderful stay at Raphael’s place in Peñíscola. The view is even better than shown in the photos. The apartment is very well furnished with comfortable seating both inside and on the patio. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked. Bed was comfortable also. The building is relatively quiet. The hosts were very responsive as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay in Lidia's apartment was great. The enclosure where it is located is very quiet and the pool is great (you can be in it until twelve at night). Lidia has been a very good host and promptly resolves any questions you may have. To put a pero, missing utensils in the kitchen. It's a topic that other users have commented on. But in general it is a very recommended stay to rest but close to the beach and the town center.

We had an excellent stay at Elena and Wilfort’s place. It is a perfect quiet location only 20 minutes ride from Valencia. The beach is 3 minutes walk and perfect for long walks. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It offers a beautiful sea view as well. The building is very quiet and clean. The hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again !

An excellent experience! The apartment exceeded our expectations: clean, cozy and very well-equipped. The location was perfect, close to everything but in a quiet area, ideal for resting. I recently stayed at Sali’s place, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. Our group of six found the apartment was perfect for our needs—spacious, comfortable and very clean. The layout was ideal, with plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling cramped. The common area was lovely for gathering, and the fully-equipped kitchen was great for preparing meals. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to local attractions, restaurants, shops and beaches. Sali was a very responsive host and answered any queries we had very promptly. All in all, this apartment was the perfect base for our group, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a larger group!
