Located in a pretty residential area, your two stylish rooms have individual entrances and are connected through a beautiful bathroom. On your private shaded terrace, an outdoor table and furniture w/sink allows you to prepare breakfast or cold bites. Activities? In one part of Masia del Romeral, there is a self-contained apartment with two bedrooms, each with a 150 cm bed. One bedroom also has a 90 cm bed. The kitchen area includes a sofa bed for comfort, but it is not considered an official sleeping place. The apartment has a kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower, and a private patio. 6 × 12 m pool (may-oct)shared with the host family. One bedroom has air conditioning, the other has a fan. Come and enjoy nature and the tranquility of a village in the mountains. Our accommodation is perfect for a couple, but with the sofa bed you can come with the kids or even two couples. We are 100 meters from the village, with an atmosphere where you can breathe in peace and quiet. In the front garden, there are some trees, an orchard, and a maze with 700 cypresses. Behind is the terrace where you can take in the views of the Cavall Verd mountain, where breakfast will be a spectacle.

A 10 min walk to Russafa where you will find all the funky cafes, shops and bars. A 2 min walk to Turia Gardens where you can admire the futuristic City of Arts & Sciences buildings and walk or cycle the 9 kms of green space that wraps around the old city. About 20 min walk to the old town. Easy bus connection to the beach.

The apartment is located 200 meters from the town's old part. It is a third floor with southeast orientation. It has 1 master bedroom with a bed, bathroom, kitchen and living room with an Italian-opening sofa bed. The whole apartment has laminate flooring. The main jewel is its terrace, where you can enjoy wonderful moments, overlooking the mountains of Aitana and Aixortà, and in the background the peak of Bernia and the sea. We hope you love it.
