Well located and cozy property in the center of Cape Coral town. Very close to City Town Hall, Police, Hospital, Boats Rent and Docking, Shopping Centers, Restaurants and Local Markets. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Property has 4 bedrooms all with black out curtains for perfect sleep, 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen and dining room equipped. Screened-in porch with table. Green areas surrounding the pool where you can sit and appreciate the sunrises and sunsets. You will have a fabulous stay!
