My cottage is quaint, cozy and charming and is located 1 1/2 blocks from the Delaware bay. In Villas, NJ. You won’t want to miss the spectacular sunsets. Off street parking and a cozy deck to enjoy that morning coffee, lunch or dinner. Approx 15 min. drive to Wildwood or Cape May beach/ boardwalk. Beach tags are supplied with the house for Cape May beaches. We invite you to view the pictures of our home and plan to come and stay. Wineries and breweries are less than 10 minutes from the house.

Quiet Mother In-Law apartment with private entrance on a dead end street with giant wrap around porch. Apartment is connected to the main residence by a laundry room with a keyed door on both sides. Bedroom has a Queen size memory foam mattress, TV w/Roku.
