It is the surroundings of the Regional Park of the Middle Course of Rio Guadarrama. 500m from the apartment there is a shopping center with two supermarkets, restaurants etc. The European University is located 4 kilometres away.

Up to 3 bedrooms all with their own private bathrooms and lock on door. Our house where we live too is a spectacular and very large villa with a huge garden. It is perfect for families or groups of friends wanting to get away from the city yet visit Madrid easily and return to peace and nature. The biggest attractions are the private pool, the bbq and private parking. The area is affluent in a quiet and leafy neighbourhood. It's important to come with a car. Non paying guests are not allowed.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Very well connected, connected to the different modes of transport: Cercanías C5 (stop: Mostoles Central), MetroSur L12 (stop: Móstoles Central), Buses L1, L4, L5, 519, 520, 521, 523, 525, 526, 527, 498 etc... 5 minutes from Dia, Mercadona and Carrefour supermarkets. It's a room without an elevator.
