Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The newly renovated de'Luna apartment in the heart of the Val di Non is a 5-minute walk from the Rhaetian Museum and the scenic path to San Romedio. 20 minutes by car from the Predaia ski slopes and 30 minutes from the Ruffrè-Mendola ski slopes. You can also reach the Novella River Park and Lake Santa Giustina in 10 minutes, where you can go kayaking. Every season has its own charm, and between castles, mountain huts, bike paths and ski slopes, every moment is just waiting to be experienced.

L'appartamento ARIA comunica leggerezza. I toni candidi lasciano protagonista la vista lago. L'appartamento si trova all'ultimo piano (4°) Passando dal retro della casa si dovrà solo fare un piano a piedi per raggiungere l'appartamento. Essendo una ristrutturazione conservativa non dispone di ascensore.

We offer a luminous and spacious apartment recently renewed that is part of a quiet and splendid villa. The villa is strategically located in Baselga del Bondone at only 10 minutes from Trento, 40 minutes from Bolzano, 30 minutes from Riva del Garda and about 1 hour from Verona. The village is immersed in nature very close to wonderful lakes, mountains and cities. Here you can relax on the terrace, enjoy the bbq and the large colourful garden. Ideal from families or couples.

Dimora Natura – Bondo Valley Nature Reserve

2026 NEW HOT TUB – Outdoor spa (extra) Nature is what we are. Stay in the Valle di Bondo Nature Reserve, among wide meadows and green forests overlooking Lake Garda. Far from the crowds, at an altitude of 600m, but close to the beaches (only 9 km), Tremosine sul Garda offers breathtaking views, a rural culture and a lot of healthy sports. The large open spaces guarantee wonderful views of the mountains and a cool climate even in summer, as the valley is extraordinarily windy.

Villa Sunshine

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

Val Zebrù - Baite di Pecè surrounded by nature.

Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.

Keine 5 Gehminuten entfernt befinden sich der Dorfkern mit Lebensmittelgeschäft , Apotheke und Konditorei/Eisdiele. Vor dem Haus startet eine Busverbindung nach Meran oder Bozen.
