Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The newly renovated de'Luna apartment in the heart of the Val di Non is a 5-minute walk from the Rhaetian Museum and the scenic path to San Romedio. 20 minutes by car from the Predaia ski slopes and 30 minutes from the Ruffrè-Mendola ski slopes. You can also reach the Novella River Park and Lake Santa Giustina in 10 minutes, where you can go kayaking. Every season has its own charm, and between castles, mountain huts, bike paths and ski slopes, every moment is just waiting to be experienced.

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.
