Composed on the ground floor of an entrance with cupboard, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, you will find a large bedroom with a double bed and storage. There is a courtyard with garden table and chairs as well as a barbecue. Enjoy an exceptional location to visit the historic heart of France, in Touraine on the site of the Pays De Racan and close to the Loir Valley, 45 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, 5 minutes by car from the Clarté Dieu and 5 minutes from the Domaine de la Fougeraie. The house has a Canadian well, a geothermal system that cools the air in the house. However, the shutters must be kept closed when the sun hits the bay windows.
