Peaceful house of about 150m2 and very large garden. Ideal for a relaxing stay in the countryside (Beauval Zoo, Villedieu Golf Course, fishing, hiking in the Brenne Regional Park, swimming - beach in Saint Genou, pedal boating and tree climbing at the Bellebouche pond, Balsan'éo, Hautetouche Reserve, etc.). Not modern "state of the art" but comfortable and updated with charm and attention. House suitable for children and infants!
