the apartment is ideally located, perfect for having a relaxing holiday and discover the French Riviera with a spectacular view on the sea in a very quiet residential complex. The appartment is equipped to accomodate four people with a double bed in the master bedroom and a bed in the studio. In the covered terrace there is a dining table where you can enjoy your meal with the view. The apartment is furnished with: - kitchen with fridge, oven, dish washer, ice machine, nespresso coffee machine, tableware and household utensils. - bathtowels -bed sheets and blankets - terrace and garden with sun lounger, garden chairs dining table with chairs - wifi - AC -BANG&OLUFSEN stereo with bluetooth - Apple pc all the apartment, its terrace and garden, condominium pool and private car parking are available for the guests. i'll make sure that you feel comfortable during your stay and for sure i'll be able to contact me if needed The apartment is located 5 minutes from the center of Villefranche-sur-Mer and 10 minutes from the beaches. The location is very convenient as a base to get to know the Riviera. the apartment is easy to reach from the airport and train station. Next to the complex there is a bus station to reach the beautiful cities of French Riviera, and the train station is 15 minutes walking distance and trains pass by Villefranche and stops in Monaco, Nice, Cannes.

Half way from Nice and Monaco, in Eze pedestrian medieval village charming suite in a XVI centuty small house with a roof terrace overlooking the mediterranean sea . Living and sitting room with fireplace on the first level, then the bedroom and a semi opened bathroom with a lighted bath and shower. A magic and romantic accommodation right in the middle of the old village of Eze famous for its hand craft its art galleries, its restaurants and the exotic garden at the top. An amazing view !!!

They lovingly decorated their apartment to make it homey for them at various times of the year. From the apartment and the extra large terrace, you will enjoy a beautiful bay view with Saint-Jean Cap-Ferrat on the foreground. Great location, exceptional views of Villefranche

As a resident of Paris, I love coming to this Paradise of Villefranche sur mer. I enjoyed renovating, equipping and decorating this apartment in 2019 to make it as pleasant as possible. Now my greatest pleasure is to have my coffee when you wake up on the terrace in front of this magnificent view of Cap Ferrat. Its central location close to the old town, the port and all amenities, its elevator and municipal parking at the foot of the building are also a plus.
