Right in the middle of the old town, this bright duplex overlooks Rue du Poilu, a lively and typical pedestrian street in Villefranche-sur-Mer. 50 m from the sea, close to the picturesque port, the Cocteau chapel and the citadel. 2 bedrooms (very comfortable bedding 160 x 200), sofa bed, air conditioning in each room, high-end kitchen. Renovated in 2025 with refined materials. Very bright apartment. Perfect for couples, families or pros. Top floor and therefore very quiet.

Great location, exceptional views of Villefranche

As a resident of Paris, I love coming to this Paradise of Villefranche sur mer. I enjoyed renovating, equipping and decorating this apartment in 2019 to make it as pleasant as possible. Now my greatest pleasure is to have my coffee when you wake up on the terrace in front of this magnificent view of Cap Ferrat. Its central location close to the old town, the port and all amenities, its elevator and municipal parking at the foot of the building are also a plus.

Beautiful flat in the heart of Villefranche.

A lovely flat of 40 sqm with a 30 sqm terrace, recently refurbished and with original art work. Fully equipped kitchen and equipment to match. Double bedroom with super comfy new bed giving onto terrace, and a single bed in the living room. Amazing views over the bay of Villefranche, and great for relaxing on the spacious terrace. The owners Helene and Chadwick live next door and are always there for check in/out and local knowledge. Air conditioned.
