Residential neighborhood, calm, tranquility and nature characterize the place. Very easy access to visit Nice, Cannes, Monaco, and many other treasures of our region. Suitable for family holidays. THE VILLA IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES OUT OF RESPECT FOR OUR NEIGHBORS. Even without a car, you can visit the Côte d'Azur, from Cannes to Monaco by train or bus! 2 private car parks on site. Private swimming pool. In town but quiet, air-conditioned, residential area, 10/15 minutes walk to all amenities: sea, bars and restaurants, shops of Cros-de-Cagnes, train and bus. NO NOISE OR MUSIC AFTER 10PM.

Very close to the historical village of St Paul, ideally located 7 minutes from Polygone Riviera (large shopping center), 20 minutes from Nice airport, a nice modern house, set on 1200 m2 of land with a heated swimming pool ( may to sept) . Terrace of 100 m2 with pergola and outdoor kitchen (Plancha). Many activities possible with families. Very nice discoveries with the neighboring villages.
