This studio is an outbuilding at the back of the house, completely isolated with its own entrance. The terrace and garden are shared between the house and the outbuilding. The studio has its own bathroom and equipped kitchen. It is in a very quiet area and very well located close to bus 146 and 147. Quiet neighborhood and we do not want any disturbances (music or Project X party prohibited)
