House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). A couple with four children or three couples maximum can be accommodated. Sheets, beds and bath towels provided. Separate bathroom and toilets. Separate and fully equipped kitchen. Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The gîte (110 m2) is an old winegrower's house completely renovated in 2018.

Il est constitué d'une chambre possédant 2 lits simples ainsi que d'une chambre avec un lit double, d'une salle de bain avec douche, lavabo et WC, d'une cuisine équipée avec réfrigérateur / congélateur, cuisinière et d'un salon. Le gîte possède une terrasse indépendante aménagée avec un accès direct à la piscine . L'intérieur du logement est entièrement en pierre et poutres apparentes.
