Sited on 1 hectare of private grounds, surrounded by farmland, 15 minutes south of the Dordogne. Outdoor swimming pool 12 x 6 meters (shared with our 1 bed gite) with a Roman end for easy access from the patio. The gite, stone built, is on one level with wide doors, making it wheelchair accessible. 5 mins from two of the most beautiful villages in France and many other historic villages and châteaux nearby. Includes all the necessary comforts you'd need, including a welcome pack on arrival.

You will receive a warm welcome at 'Beaujou'. Located in Lot-et-Garonne départment, in the commune of Mazières-Naresse. It's a 2 min drive from the Dordogne border and a 25-30 min drive from Bergerac airport. This area has so much to offer with its history, including the local bastide town, Villeréal where there is a popular year-round Saturday morning market and a Michelin-recommended restaurant. The house is centrally located in the Bastide town of Villereal and is only a few minutes walk to all the various amenities. Villereal is a beautiful and historic town which was founded in 1269 and is a member of the Les Plus Beaux Villages de France Association. The house has been renovated throughout. There is a large and private sunny garden which is unusual for properties in the town. The lounge has a wood burning stove and the garden has a spa.
