Une piscine privative de 10m² chauffée donnant sur la terrasse vous est réservée sur le terrain ( sans contrainte d'horaire pour l'utilisation, ouverte d'avril a octobre), un jardin méditerranéen avec palmier, cocotier, citronnier, bananier et olivier. La maison comporte une cuisine américaine complète ( frigo, plaque à induction, fours , lave vaisselle, machine à cafés tassimo…) d’une table et 4 chaises.

Idéalement situé à l'entrée de Sommières, charmante cité entre Nîmes et Montpellier, il donne sur une jolie cour avec une entrée indépendante de la maison des propriétaires. Récemment rénové, il dispose d'une cuisine équipée, d'un Wc indépendant avec lavabo et d'une douche avec hammam. Il est raccordé au Wifi. Vous bénéficiez d'un accès piscine (voir remarques).

Welcome to Aubais in the Gard. Our gîte is located in the center of the charming village near Sommieres, Vergeze and Lunel at the gates of the Camargue, less than an hour from the Pont du Gard and Uzes, between Nîmes and Montpellier, close to the A9 highway. It can accommodate 5 people. It is located in the backyard of a village house in Gard stones where we live. It is nicely equipped, charm, comfort, peace and quiet are waiting for you.

Old Farmhouse with pool & garden

This farmhouse from 1610, 1 minute away from Sommières by car. You will be in a peaceful setting with no street noise and a 9x4m pool to cool yourself on hot summer days. The garden goes down to the river where one can go fishing. From certain spots you can see the Chapelle Saint Julien from the XIth century as well as the château de Sommières. There is a brasero and a pizza oven outside to enjoy time together outside.

A stay between Nîmes and Montpellier

Very quiet 40 m2 cottage on the ground floor of our house. It has a private entrance, a kitchen with appliances, a bathroom, toilet, a bedroom with dressing room and a living room in a warm and cozy atmosphere. The exteriors have a balcony, terrace with barbecue, pool access and garden. Ideally located between Nîmes and Montpellier, just 5 km from Sommieres and close to many typical classified villages in Circulade.

Enjoy the calm of the place, the heated pool but also the Jacuzzi: at sunset, it's just magical! In winter, a good fireplace or a game of foosball will delight the whole family!

On the bottom of a restanque, the holiday cottage carefully fitted out by 44 m ² is opened on the swimming pool (available swimming pool from the middle of April to the middle of October).
