The 70 m2 apartment is a duplex and has been completely renovated recently. The volumes are very attractive with sometimes 5 meters high under ceiling. The main wall is a large glass wall. It is not possible to block out the light, and the room, which is open, is not in darkness at sunrise. The first level is a large, comfortable living room with an open kitchen. There is a very comfortable sofa bed. Designed on the model of the loft, the spaces are communicating and ideal for a couple or small family. Upstairs, our bedroom is next to the bathroom, with shower and bathtub. There is also the room of our three children which is not accessible (it is too complicated to store all the toys...) You have the apartment and the possibility to stay a few moments in the quiet courtyard where a bench and garden seats are arranged. Our apartment is in the heart of an extremely friendly and well-kept neighborhood. The place is ideal for enjoying Parisian life, with its many quality restaurants, peaceful streets, and food and fashion shops. Our apartment is very well served. It is close to Vavin station on line 4, Notre-Dame-des-Champs on line 12 and Raspail on line 6. The Port-Royal RER station is nearby and allows direct access to Charles-de-Gaulle or Orly.

The Annex: Charming 2-bedroom in the countryside

Relax with everyone at this peaceful place to stay. It is conveniently located not far from Paris between fields and forests. The house is a 38 m² 2-room apartment independent of our house, composed of a large living room with kitchen and foosball table, a bedroom (double bed) as well as a shower room and toilet. You will have a green area for your BBQ. The train station, accessible in 10 minutes on foot, allows you to reach Paris in 32 minutes or Versailles in 20 minutes. All shops are nearby.

Beautiful Country House 30 minutes from Paris

Beautiful stone house located in a quiet hamlet of Jouars-Pontchartrain. Large 220 m² house for 12 people with large interior spaces and a 1700 m² garden/terrace. Country house – Paris > 35 min / Versailles > 25 min

In the heart of a small village, 35 min from Paris by car or train, 25 min from the Palace of Versailles and 5 min from the Thoiry Zoo. The house is independent, surrounded by a 1300 m2 enclosed garden with a private and heated swimming pool (10 m2). Upon arrival, the cleaning is done, the beds are ready, towels are provided as well as foutas for the pool. We provide the basic necessities: coffee beans (for 10 to 15 coffees), paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher products, etc.

Right in the heart of the village in Neauphle-le-Château, the accommodation is new and comfortable. Shops are close by (boulangerie, grocery, restaurants, butcher, pharmacy...) This duplex of approximately 40 m2 is light and friendly. Possibility to come and sleep 4 people (a comfortable and large sofa that unfolds) and a bed in the bedroom. A parking space is available. In the heart of the village of Neauphle-le-Château, the accommodation is peaceful and comfortable. Shops are at the exit of the residence (bakery, grocery store, restaurants, butcher, pharmacy...) This 47 m2 2-room apartment is spacious and quiet. Possibility of sleeping 4 people thanks to a bedroom with large double bed and a large comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Possibility of remote working thanks to a large table. A parking space for one car is available.
