The kitchenette provides you with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. A basic supply of salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil is available, as well as all cooking utensils, pots, pans, glasses, cups, plates, and cutlery. For an active start to the day, a capsule coffee machine is at your disposal so you can enjoy your morning coffee to the fullest. The large south-facing windows flood the dining and living area with sunlight, providing plenty of space for a relaxing yoga session. The spacious south-facing balcony invites you to linger and unwind. A small seating area and loungers (in summer) are provided for your enjoyment. Through the balcony, you also have access to a small storage area where you can store additional sports equipment, shoes, recycling materials, and more. Within 3 minutes' walk you can reach the supermarket, the bakery, the butcher, the pharmacy and a restaurant with a beer garden. In the city of Kempten, you can reach it by car in 5 minutes, and a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 m²) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. From the terrace you can see a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometres you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.
