Welcome to our Villa Apartment in Pula! Our 120m² apartment is located in the peaceful Marina Veruda area, right at the entrance to the stunning Verudela peninsula. It’s just a short walk to the best beaches in Pula, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind, while also being close to everything you need to explore. Our guests have access to a large, shared 32m² swimming pool, with plenty of deck chairs around it to lounge in the sun. You’ll find a peaceful outdoor area to relax and enjoy after a day by the sea. The best part of our villa? It’s all within walking distance. You’ll find Supermarket Grga just 50 meters away for all your grocery needs. The nearest beach is only 450 meters from the villa, and if you want to explore Pula, the tourist office is just 150 meters away. The bus stop to take you into the heart of the city is right around the corner - 200 meters away, just a one-minute walk. Our villa is designed to make you feel at home. The apartment is modern, fresh, and fully air-conditioned for your comfort. Charming 75 m² apartment on the third floor of one of the historic Münz villas, located in the heart of the 3000-year-old city of Pula. Viridis is a 4 stars studio apartment in a house and it has a huge private garden, a jacuzzi, a terrace with BBQ and a beautiful view to the woods. It is a perfect destination for those who search privacy and a quiet green place for relaxing. Our guests are provided by 2 bikes, a pikado and a table tennis. The nearest beach distes 1km and market too. You can reach amazing beaches in 5 -8 min by car and the old Pula city centar in 5 min. The apartment is very new. Come and enjoy :)

Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants.
