Vous adorerez cette escapade unique et romantique. Construite vers 1880 sur l'emplacement d'un ancien moulin du 18ème siècle, la Tour Magimar est d'inspiration néo médiévale. Construite en pierre de taille, elle comprend un sous-sol aménagé en salle d'eau, un rez-de-chaussée équipé pour les petits déjeuners, un étage-chambre avec voute et une terrasse panoramique avec vue ( 360°)sur l' estuaire de la Gironde. Le bâtiment est flanqué au nord-ouest d'une échauguette qui abrite un escalier à vis.

Cottage in the countryside of the Loire Valley.

In the town of Epargnes, 15 min from the beaches of St Georges and Royan, 10 min from Meschers and Talmond. Our vacation rental combines the charm of yesteryear and the comfort of today. A beautiful terrace is equipped with the necessary furniture for relaxation! We also offer a 10.5 m x 4.5 m pool, covered and heated according to the season (May/September, consult us). Buoys and bath games available. Linens and towels are not provided. July/August exclusively from Saturday to Saturday.

Apartment on the 1st floor of a detached house with a large living room and two bedrooms. Shower room and separate toilet. Independent entrance. Individual parking It is located in the countryside but 10 minutes from the beaches of Meschers-sur-Gironde. There is parking at the bottom of the apartment but no terrace or outside. Location: - 2 km from the archaeological site of Fâ and 3 km from Talmont-sur-Gironde - 9 Km from Meschers-sur-Gironde (beaches) - 18 Km from Royan

Small typical Charentaise house on beautiful air-conditioned property, air conditioner on the ground floor. Secure parking in front of the accommodation. A10 exit 10 minutes away. Shops 5 min, swimming in the Charente 15 min, ocean 40 min, Cognac 30 min, distillery 10 m, forest walk 300 m. Great for exploring the Charente-Maritime. For the period July August the reservation is blocked at 7 days minimum on the listing "Air-conditioned stone house rented by the week".

Bienvenu à Virollet. Grand bol d'air assuré dans notre gite douillet pour 6 pers, sa grande piscine de 5x10m et jardin au coeur de la campagne et des bois. Merci de noter que la piscine est partagée avec notre autre gîte et parfois avec mes petits enfants.... Accès à tous les commerces à 3 minutes et les plages à 20 minutes. N’oubliez pas vos draps et serviettes..... Merci également de laisser le gîte dans l’état où vous l’avez trouvé. Ménage non compris. Merci
