Giuseppe's place is great for people who want to visit Rome. It is also very affordable, clean and the neighborhood has an Italian charm. I drive into Rome with a car everyday to visit the city and it worked well.

Stefano is a great host, responsive and easy to communicate and helpful. The apartment is clean and fully equipped and completely renovated and is a modern house. It’s in 5 minutes walking distance from Metro B that is a big advantage in Roma. Highly recommended

Newly renovated, very tidy and clean. Close to Rome and convenient parking to find near the house. It also has ample space and all the necessary amenities.

Very nice house and an area with plenty of public transport to go to the center. Very detailed hosts, they leave food and all kinds of needs that are greatly appreciated. The only downside I would put , to say something, is that in the morning light comes in. In short , the amazing stay and I would recommend this apartment.

The apartment is in a very central area but at the same time very quiet and is equipped with all the comforts! Lorenzo was immediately an extremely helpful and kind host. Recommended stay!

The accommodation corresponds exactly to the photos and the description. We arrived a little later than expected and Flavio was very flexible and then came to the agreed time with the keys and explained everything to us. The accommodation has everything you need for cooking, sleeping, etc. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and the old town as well as the Bahbhof Bracciano is very easily accessible on foot and within an hour you can get to Rome by train. When the city called for a water interruption at short notice, Flavio informed us and even brought us a canister in the evening, which was very sweet. We were completely satisfied, thank you very much and would like another time again :).

The pictures do not do this place justice. Hosts were extremely flexible and accommodating. Bathrooms were amazing, super comfortable beds. We would stay for over a month if we could!

Traveling with two children and a small dog and this stay was perfect. Our host was amazing and provided several local restaurant recommendations. They even provided travel tips so we could take the train in the next town over to Rome for a day trip. The stay was cozy and just a described with lots of space. For all the "Everybody Loves Raymond" fans this stay is perfect to walk the private town from the Tv series. We were able to find all the scenes with ease and then enjoy the local restaurants just around the corner from our stay. Highly recommend anyone to stay here and after a long day head upstairs and enjoy the balcony lakeside views!

Alessandro is a great person and host , His place is so beautiful and peaceful , next to Bolsena lake as well as the seaside . In the heart of the amazing Etruscan land with so much history you can travel to Tuscany , Umbria and Lazio and visit all the most beautiful sites of the central Italy !

The living room went great. The apartment is very nice. Having the car was very easy for me to get around. The location for me was essential having relatives in the area. The metro is 15 minutes away, but it is very comfortable, and allows you to move around Rome easily, without having to go into traffic. The host was very kind and made us feel right at home.

Spacious house with a large bedroom and bathroom. House was very neat and well maintained. You can even buy homemade wine and olive oil at Agostino. Friendly people!

Giulio's place is great. It's clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Giulio is also very accommodating and helpful! We highly recommend this place!

Simonetta is a perfect host, who makes you feel like you're staying with a friend, always ready to give you advice but leaving you privacy and freedom. The place is regenerating for those who want tranquility. The villages around there are one more beautiful than the other (Roccantica, Casperia), and Farfa (perhaps the most beautiful) is not even half an hour away. About 2.5 km away I recommend Bar C'È, great for lunches (amatriciana absolutely to try) with fantastic views and dinners with fabulous pinsa and mega hamburger sandwiches as well as arrosticini etc… The owner Valentina makes the difference… In short, I know where to stay and eat when I want to get away from the chaos of the city again and go buy good oil in the mills around there

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

Excellent stay , the residence is impeccable and very quiet . The apartment is great , functional and well-equipped . There is a large unoverlooked terrace. The room is equipped with a good bed and blackout electric blind. The insulation is perfect, there is no annoying noise and that's really good. There is also a large shopping mall a 5-minute walk away.

The listing is photo compliant. The garden and pool are really beautiful for relaxing and resting. Plan the mosquito repellent for the end of the day and evening. Numerous sites and castles to visit nearby. I recommend the nearby restaurant Le Fenice (€15 menu with entrance, pizza, dessert and coffee).

Excellent stay at Alessandro's, I give it 5 stars because I can't put more! We loved the apartment, veranda and garden. The apartment is modern and comes with all the amenities, it feels like home. Good communication with Alessandro who was accommodating, helpful and responsive. The instructions given for self access to the apartment were clear and easy. We feel safe there because the apartment is in a gated and quiet residence. There is a car park across the street and good restaurants nearby. The place is a small haven of peace close to the center of Rome. I highly recommend it, and I'll be back again!

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

Excellent place for the state, quiet place, close to the train station. Friendly and helpful host, always available for any questions or queries. Highly recommended.

Cannot recommend this Airbnb more. So beautiful and the most amazing hosts. We felt at home and enjoyed every second of our stay. You truly feel like you are living in a dream. The pool was clean and the perfect way to enjoy the scenery.

the apartment is very pleasant: quiet and very cool despite the high temperatures of the period. We didn't even have access to air conditioning. The pool is only shared with guests of the other apartment in the farmhouse. Anna was always very kind and "pampered" us by giving us many local products and homemade sweets.
