The cottage has a private pool, fully equipped indoor and outdoor gyms for functional fitness, nordic hot tub, barbecue, pizza oven, games room, fruit trees, and plenty of land to enjoy the outdoors. All amenities are included and are not shared with anyone else.

Located in the heart of a 6000 m2 wooded park, our cottage will charm you with its calm. The kitchen is open to a living room with exposed stones where a good fire will warm you in the large fireplace (wood provided). Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, one with a dressing room. The south-facing terrace and large garden are conducive to relaxation, barbecues and outdoor games. Observe deer and birds in this green setting, ideal for families and nature lovers.

The house is surrounded by nature, quiet without any nuisance and we live in the house next door. You will have a kitchen, dining room, living room on the ground floor as well as a toilet and a bathroom. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms (2 with 160 bed and 2 with 2 beds 90), a bathroom and a toilet.
