Comfortable stay in a historic house

This 2.5-room flat close to the city, with free parking, is in a very quiet location on a cul-de-sac and surrounded by greenery. It is just a 3-minute walk to the bus stop and a 5-minute walk to the lakeside promenade. You can therefore reach the city of Lucerne in 8 minutes, or you can walk the entire way along the popular lakeside promenade in around 15 minutes. The house is old, and a faint musty odour can be detected, which very sensitive individuals should take into account when booking. The furnishing is modern.

My apartment is in close proximity to the bus, boat and Rigi train stations. There's one separate bedroom and a loft area upstairs with two beds next to each other in the open space. Also, there's a sofa bed. It has a very nice view of the mountains "Bürgerstock", "Gemsstock" and the rooftops of other houses in the city.
